We're really sorry if one of your items is faulty. 

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you right away! Our 45 day returns policy has you covered. 

Don't forget that you're also covered by our 6 month Guarantee, in case of problems further down the line. Please bear in mind, items will be inspected on return, as we will not cover general wear and tear from use.
